We’re proud to announce that Firefox 3 is working with Mamona. :) Thanks to all Mamona team, especially Eduardo Valentin.

Instruction:

Follow Mamona development tutorial replacing  ” bitbake <meta-package>” for “bitbake task-mamona-sdk && bitbake task-mamona-wm && bitbake firefox”.

And you will have Firefox 3 available in your Mamona repository.

    Hi Samuel,

I didn’t test it, but I guess it’s not going to work correctly. The depends are different,

I guess the current MicroB(Maemo Browser) is based on Firefox 3, so I won’t miss many things. Original Firefox 3 is too heavy, maybe Midori could be a better choice.

Anyhow, ASAP I will share my repository(I need to build it again) and you will be able to download the pkg.

    Thanks for your comment.
